Frank and Rebecca Arellanes
Early years

Rebecca
Rebecca entrusted her life to Jesus at age 4. She grew up with missionary/ pastor parents in church planting in central Mexico.

Frank
Frank found Jesus at age 22 in the hospital as he was recovering from back surgery due to damage from motorcycle riding.
Frank and Rebecca met serving in their home church in Spokane, Washington. Their mutual love for the Lord and His church brought them together for a life dedicated to serving Jesus.
Education and Training

After graduating from EWU, Rebecca completed studies at La Roca Bible Institute in Jalisco, Mexico. She earned her master’s degree from SDCU many years later.

Frank graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 1996. While there, he served as Children’s Pastor at Calvary Memorial Church. He later earned his master’s degree from SDCU.

After graduation, Frank and Rebecca moved to Lake Tahoe to get some experience in Christian camping at Sierra Pines Camp outside Lake Tahoe.

In 1998, they joined Fellowship International Mission and began raising support with a view to church planting and camping ministry in the Spanish-speaking world.

The Arellanes family, including daughters Kendra and Kristiana, moved to the La Roca Bible Institute and Camp outside of Guadalajara, Mexico in January of 2001.
Their third daughter, Karissa, was born
that same year.

In 2005, Frank and Rebecca answered a call to invest in the youth of Gracia y Paz Church,
a 2-year old church plant in Puerto Vallarta. They relocated to the coast and ran the first Radical camps.

In their third term, they began church planting in the neighborhoods where they have lived. They are completing the most recent church plant in La Misión and aim to launch a new plant in January 2026.
Frank and Rebecca continue to organize and run the Radical camps.
